Security Training

Despite constant innovations in security technologies, the human resource remains the most cost-effective contributor to the efficacious handling of threats involving crime, vandalism, public disorder and terrorism. Well trained personnel deter, identify and may prevent hostile activity directed against their organization, and respond quickly and effectively in the event an incident occurs – reducing the number of casualties, mitigating the extent of damage and minimizing system downtime and recovery costs.

MTRS3 has developed and implemented comprehensive training programs meeting the specific needs of different sectors and stakeholders, based on the broad expertise and proven field experience in the homeland security domain that its experts have acquired in more than two decades.

Our training programs are intended for security managers, security personnel, frontline employees and security control room operators. Training programs are intended to provide new employees with the necessary tools and knowledge to execute their tasks in the most professional manner, under routine conditions and during emergencies. Existing employees require regular updating or retraining to keep their knowledge and competences up to date.

The training programs include lectures, often supported by presentations and video clips; simulations; role play; situational exercises; case studies; and computer-based training (CBT), to enhance the learning experience and optimize results.

Exercises are often conducted as part of the training program, to verify comprehension.

Training may be provided in English or in the local language, at the client’s location.
